I am working this week on a display board to take to crops and parties to show people the newest scrapbooking products that I am selling as a Memory Works consultant. Every day for the next week or two I will try to post a 8x8 sampler that I made to showcase the different manufacturers and supplies that Memory Works sells.

The idea for the display board came from the Memory Works consultant site but I quickly made it uniquely me. Since the fall/winter 2012 catalogs just came out I didn't have a ton of the newest stuff but I substituted some of the "older" stuff (which is just now coming out around my area) since I had plenty of that and will change out the newer stuff as I get it. After I post all my sampler pages I will post a photo of my finished display board.

This Take a Hike line from Simple Stories came out at a great time for me. My family spent weeks in Montana over the summer and this line, along with Summer Fresh (both from Simple Stories) will be used to make an album documenting our time there. More on that later...

I love the "under the stars" 4x6 cutout. We didn't go camping during our time in Montana so I didn't need to save it for our album but it made me laugh each time I saw it so I had to use it for the display board. I love the variety of alphabets that are included with this kit--woodgrain, bright orange, small brown and green. So much that you can do with these paper
