This is a card that I have had sitting on my desk for forever cause I couldn't figure out how to finish it. The card itself is from a Die Cuts with a View (DCWV) set, the flocked label from Making Memories and I had used a Stampin' Up sentiment stamp for the "for you". It wasn't until I added the white Basic Grey letter stickers and the little heart from KC&Co. that it turned from blah to perfectly cheery.  Turned out great.

You know how you have those projects that sit around because they seem to be missing something (maybe you don't but I have a good sized "finish me" pile that every once in a while I wade through and see if the creative spark speaks to me)--keep playing, keep experimenting. My husband likes to remind me that whoever gets one of my cards won't know how long I labored to get it just right or that they won't see how maybe design-wise the card isn't perfect. They will just love the finished project and the sentiment behind it.

After I finished this card I decided to give it to my mom, cause she's the best!! Love you mom!
